We are looking for a Head of Partnership to provide leadership and direction in partnership building. If you are entrepreneurial and self-directed, come and join our team! What you will be doing: Develop and execute partnerships for growth with merchants and other partners. Develop relationships and drive business outcomes towards delivery of partnership goals. Manage ongoing account plan and deliver on both strategic and tactical initiatives. Develop trusted relationships throughout partner organization. Actively contribute to the business plan development including strategy, data analytics, planning, implementation and business performance assessment What we are looking for: 10+ years of relevant experience with a graduate degree or higher in business or technology. Strong execution mindset focused on the effective achievement of business goals with the ability to dive into details and collaborate across teams. Industry experience in the payments ecosystem including acquiring banks, payments facilitators, merchants, payments networks or fintech operators is desirable. Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower all stakeholders to achieve their best with a team approach Results and detail orientated with a hands-on approach Intelligent, motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic.
