GCR operates 9 Stores, 2 Bandag Retread Plants, and 5 Off-The-Road Tire Repair Facilities in 5 states, along with managing tire programs at several remote mine locations. In short, GCR operates anywhere mining equipment is operated. Job Category Retail Position Summary Perform a variety of tire services, repairs, and fleet inspections on customer vehicles of all sizes. This role requires strong technical skills, physical stamina, and excellent customer service. Pay Range: $17.50 - $35.00 Commission Eligible Commission Eligible. Bridgestone reserves the right to modify, change or eliminate the entire program or any part of it at any time. Responsibilities Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotation, and repair for both automotive and commercial vehicles. Conduct fleet inspections at customer locations, identifying and reporting maintenance needs. Provide roadside tire service, including emergency repairs. Safely operate company vehicles to travel to customer locations. Assist with customer service at store locations when needed. Participate in training programs to stay updated on industry best practices and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized mobile service vehicle. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Experience with automotive and commercial tires. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license Ability to lift and move tires weighing up to 250 pounds with or without mechanical assistance. Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks, work in various weather conditions, and perform physical labor. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Successful completion of pre-employment drug test, physical exam, and background check.
