Paradox Cat GmbH is a specialist software development partner in the area of real-time graphics from Munich, Germany. As a partner and supplier of various premium automotive manufacturers, we support graphical interface development for high-end in car cluster instruments and infotainment systems. In addition to this, PARADOX CAT GmbH has increasingly participated in Proof of Concept projects and feasibility studies in the Human Machine Interaction (HMI) spectrum. Here, we focus on the implementation of new emerging technologies and their usability and implementation in the car of the future.
You will:
Plan, manage, and coordinate 3D graphics projects in the automotive domain
Support and work in close collaboration with the Project Managers
Act as a central communication interface between graphic artists, developers, testers, and customer teams to ensure a smooth flow of information and purposeful collaboration
Organize and moderate meetings, reviews, and alignments with both internal and external stakeholders
Monitor project milestones, deadlines, and quality throughout the project lifecycle
Support the implementation and continuous optimization of workflows, processes, and toolchains in the graphics area
Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks; resolve conflicts and bottlenecks proactively
Ensure adherence to project quality standards, data protection, and security requirements
Document all relevant project steps and generate reports and presentations for management and customers
Drive the continuous improvement of collaboration and team culture
You have:
A degree or equivalent qualification in project management, computer graphics, media technology, or a related field
Proven experience coordinating graphics-related or automotive projects
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive progress within one complex project
High level of confidence in collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
Solid experience with Jira and other project management tools
Practical knowledge in designing agile processes tailored to team needs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and spoken
A structured, accurate, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
