We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong experience in software project management, data curation workflows, and cross-regional localization operations. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality localized data that directly supports ML model training, evaluation, and benchmarking. You will work at the intersection of product, AI/ML, engineering, and localization teams, owning delivery quality, execution excellence, and risk management in a fast-moving startup environment. Lead and coordinate a localization team, including task planning, assignment, and progress tracking. Define and enforce quality standards to ensure localized data is suitable for model training and evaluation. Create onboarding materials and guidelines to enable localization contributors to deliver consistent, high-quality output. Communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders across regions and time zones. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in software project management; experience with data curation or ML-related projects is a strong plus. Ability to understand and explain data curation and basic ML concepts to non-technical contributors. Strong experience in quality assurance, risk management, and project tracking. Excellent English communication and documentation skills. Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup with ambiguity and rapid iteration. Plus (Nice to Have) Experience leading localization or translation teams. Experience with enterprise SaaS or AI/ML products.
