Senior HR Specialist, Virtual Insurance Taipei, Taiwan Apply Job Overview OneDegree is a technology-driven company redefining the insurance and financial services landscape. We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist to join our team, managing HR operations, recruitment, and business partnering to support our growing organization. Responsibilities Provide support and guidance to management, required to administer and execute routine admin tasks, such as facility, stationary purchase. Front the employees on all HR matters as the first level of contact point. Manage the end to end recruitment process working closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and hiring the right fit for the business. Manage monthly reports of payroll process. Manage the provision of employee services and self-services from onboarding to offboarding HR policy support and interpretation to employees and line managers. Participate in the performance appraisal. Involve in training and learning programs planning and execution. Support Chief Executive and HR Manager for other ad-hoc and special projects, and corporate with Taiwan office. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven company. Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement strategies. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and locations. Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
