Work you'll do: As a Consultant at SimplifyNext, you’ll play a key role in delivering automation-led digital transformation. You’ll work closely with clients to design, develop, and implement intelligent solutions using leading technologies in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), and analytics. This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute across the full project lifecycle—from discovery to deployment—and guide junior team members along the way. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Designing and developing automations using platforms such as ServiceNow, UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Outsystems, or similar Integrating AI capabilities like computer vision or natural language processing where relevant Leading workstreams and supporting project management activities Conducting testing, user training, and supporting rollout activities Maintaining and enhancing existing solutions, ensuring long-term value for the client Mentoring junior team members and sharing technical know-how What You’ll Bring: A Bachelor's Degree and 2–3 years of experience in a consulting or technology environment Strong programming skills in VB.NET, C#, or similar object-oriented languages Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile delivery Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A logical mindset and creative problem-solving abilities Experience leading a small project or a workstream is an advantage Why Join Us: At SimplifyNext, you won’t just build solutions—you’ll build a career.
