The Sales Coordinator is a crucial role for our domestic Sales team, both sellers and sales leaders. This person will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations and supporting Sales with prospecting and growing the business. The Sales Coordinator plays a proactive role in developing collateral, creating presentations and keeping on top of market research to arm the Sales team and to develop more client demand for our GumGum products.
This role reports to VP, Sales - Canada in the Greater Toronto Area and supports the Canadian team.
Note: This position offers the opportunity for remote work or 'work from home' as there isn't a nearby office. However, GumGum is excited to only consider applicants residing in the local area listed in the job description for business needs including some or all of the following: client interaction, team interaction, timezone, etc.
What You'll Achieve
Collaborate with the sales team to give them updated sales information and data
Create & update the Bi-Weekly Decks for all regions; including pulling numbers, making slides, tracking meetings, and reaching out to the teams needed
Support the creation of decks for sales leaders projects, with a focus on new accounts, ARPD, win rates, brand direct
Help with mocks and create targeted one sheets
Run Quarterly LinkedIn meetings with the sellers to help identify new prospects, and make connections
Assist with prospecting, for example helping with simple mocks and tweaking targeted one sheets
Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication
Provide sales operations support, detailed communication & follow ups with sellers
Send follow-up emails post Bi-Weekly sales calls
Send Bi-weekly Pipeline meeting recaps that are sent out to the sales team
Take notes and recap Holding Co Partnership Meetings
Pull research for upcoming new client meetings
Send relevant news articles to sellers on key GumGum accounts
Keep the Master Account List up to date
Assist in the planning and coordination of sales events, conferences and other promotional activities
Skills You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree preferred
Preferably 1 year in a sales or marketing environment within the tech, advertising, or agency industries
Strong written communication; can summarize articles quickly and format short concise emails
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills; with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders
Expert at Powerpoint & Excel
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload and meet deadlines
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Salesforce
Interested in the digital advertising industry
Interest in sales or marketing fields
