Who We Are
Chess at Three is a New York–based, venture-backed early education company that launched in Singapore in August 2023 — and we’re growing fast. We offer three original story-based programs for children aged 6 months to 11 years.
Our signature program, Chess at Three, introduces chess to kids as young as three through imaginative stories and fun characters — helping them build critical thinking, math, and social skills along the way.
We also offer Birchguard Quest, an interactive drama and role-playing program for ages 6–11 that develops creativity, collaboration, and confidence through storytelling and performance.
Our award-winning curricula have reached over 150,000 children worldwide through homes, schools, and clubs — including our Singapore studios at United Square (Novena) and Harbourfront.
Role: Holiday Camp Events & Operations Intern
We’re looking for a hands-on Holiday Camp Events & Operations Intern to join our Singapore team from Nov 15 to Jan 2 (excluding public holidays), Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:30 PM.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of our holiday camps and special events — from logistics and check-in to capturing amazing camp moments and keeping operations on track.
What You’ll Do
Support daily event operations — setup, pack-down, and logistics coordination
Manage check-in/check-out, inventory, and supplies
Assist facilitators and ensure smooth day-to-day camp flow
Capture photos/videos, organize media reports, and suggest social content ideas
Support customer communications and backend operations
Who You Are
Organized, dependable, and energized by a fast-paced environment
A clear communicator with strong teamwork skills
Passionate about events, education, or storytelling
Comfortable working with kids and parents in person
Bonus: basic photography/videography or social media experience
