The overall objective of this role is to provide a broad range of HR services to client groups within Citi.&nbsp;</p><p></p><p><u><b>What you'll do:</b></u></p><ul><li><p>Utilize Citi’s case management system to manage workload in compliance with Citi’s Risk and Control procedures.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Deliver HR services and build capabilities to drive organizational performance through individuals and managers as well as identify issues and recommend solutions.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Responsible for HR delivery and implementation across the employee lifecycle.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Responsible for providing coaching and guidance to managers on people related queries.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Partner with key stakeholders to solve complex matters and escalated client issues, ensuring appropriate actions are taken, risks are assessed, and employment policies and practices are interpreted consistently.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Resolve moderately complex HR issues conferring with managers when necessary.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Support sensitive conversations with senior management&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Support the review and execution of ad hoc reporting, regulatory reviews, or audits as needed.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Partner with Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs), Centers of Excellence (COEs), and/or other key stakeholders regarding HR priorities to ensure delivery and implementation of HR solutions for assigned book of work.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Identify issue trends and partner with management and respective teams to implement solutions. &nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Execute the delivery of global priorities and employee life cycle processes as outlined by the business and in coordination with key stakeholders as applicable.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Coordinate and consult with country HR partners to deliver country or cluster activities as applicable.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Steer global initiatives in partnership with the operational model and global processes. &nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Serve as a subject matter expert on relevant HR processes and a peer mentor to new hires; Backup / deputy for Workplace Support Leads, creating pipeline for senior roles/ Talent bench.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>What we'll need from you:</b></u></p><ul><li><p>6-10 years of relevant experience&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of HR functions&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of applicable employment laws&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Microsoft Office and Workday (or similar systems)</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p></p><p><i>This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
