Care Team Supervisor
Full-Time | Brooklyn, NY
Pay Range: $22-24 per hour

As a Care Team Supervisor, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:
Coordinating and updating client schedules, services, and caregiver assignments while ensuring accuracy in documentation, billing, and payroll.
Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, service concerns, and incident reporting, ensuring timely follow-up, escalation, and resolution.
Supporting caregiver performance through coaching, documentation, time-off coordination, and collaboration with HR on corrective actions when needed.
Monitoring daily service delivery to ensure caregivers arrive, complete assignments, and remain compliant with regulatory, contractual, and company standards.
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to support client and caregiver retention initiatives, streamline workflows, and ensure consistent, high-quality care experience.
What is required?
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
Experience in home care, health services, or a related client-facing role (preferred.)
Ability to manage complex scheduling operations and multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Familiarity with home care scheduling systems and strong documentation, and organizational skills.
Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and adherence to HIPAA and organizational standards.
