Home Health CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant (Part Time)
16–24 Hours Per Week | Mileage Reimbursement

We are seeking a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who is passionate about helping patients maintain independence and quality of life through personalized care in the home.

What You’ll Do
As a Home Health CNA, you will provide hands-on support and compassionate care to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Supporting patients with safe transfers and positioning
Monitoring patient condition and reporting changes to the supervising nurse
Providing companionship and emotional support to patients and families
Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for patients
Documenting care provided according to company standards
Qualifications
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice
High School Diploma or GED required
Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, or support up to 50 pounds, including assisting with patient transfers
Reliable transportation to travel between patient homes
