Your role will focus on supporting the day-to-day execution of our shipping and order management operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring orders are scheduled, shipped, and closed out accurately and on time. This position works closely with Sales, Warehouse, Customer Support, Accounting, and external carrier partners to maintain strong cross-functional communication and operational flow. A typical day may include coordinating carrier pickups, following up on open shipments, managing shared inbox inquiries, resolving claims, and proactively identifying issues before they escalate. You will gain exposure to the full order lifecycle — from order release to final delivery — while developing strong operational, communication, and problem-solving skills. We are passionate about people development, and you will receive mentorship and coaching to set you up for long-term success. This is a great role for someone with 1–3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or customer service who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
What you'll be doing:
Coordinate and schedule carrier pickups for LTL and parcel shipments; ensure timely booking and shipment creation
Proactively follow up with warehouse and sales teams to ensure orders are processed, shipped, and closed out accurately
Serve as a primary point of contact for order and shipment-related customer inquiries via shared inbox; ensure timely and professional responses
Navigate high-volume shared inbox communication, maintain detailed notes, and create/maintain SOPs to improve consistency
Manage shipping claims (damaged, lost, overcharges) and track resolution through completion
Monitor carrier performance and escalate service issues as needed
Support order management functions including quoting, releasing, routing, and shipment preparation
Maintain tight cross-functional communication across Sales, Warehouse, QC, and Accounting to prevent delays or discrepancies
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Complete additional duties and cross-functional projects as assigned
