Position: IT Administrator
Department: Operations
Reports to: Head of IT
Location: Leicestershire or Westminster (Full Time Contract)
Role Overview
We are looking for a friendly, tech-savvy Systems Support and IT Administrator professional to help our team across the country. You’ll provide guidance and support to users of all IT skill levels, ensuring smooth operation of internal systems and tools.
This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving processes, and helping people at all levels feel confident with technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Support users across the country with everyday IT tasks, answering questions and providing guidance as needed.
Set up and manage email accounts, user profiles, and permissions.
Administer internal systems, such as CRM platforms and other office software.
Provide phone and remote support, adapting explanations to suit different skill levels.
Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and internal documentation.
Help improve IT processes and recommend system enhancements.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Comfortable using standard office systems (e.g., Google Workspace, spreadsheets, email, and document management).
Experience with user account management and CRM or internal admin systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to explain technical concepts simply and clearly.
Friendly, patient, and adaptable, capable of supporting users with a wide range of IT experience.
Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
Familiarity with helpdesk or ticketing systems.
Interest in improving IT processes and user experience.
