Business Analyst

The Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for to work with clients’ to identify customer business problems, elicit user requirements and find the most effective solution. You will work closely within a project team throughout the development life cycle to ensure the resultant solution meets business needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Understand business needs and translate them into requirements specifications or user stories
Conduct user requirement scoping, and analysis, involving functional, integration, and non-functional requirements
Work closely with technical solution teams to assess feasibility, propose solution options and recommendation to address business and operational needs
Deliver functional design including workflow analysis, prototypes, business logic flowchart and interface mapping
Provide requirement and functional design clarifications to delivery team members throughout the delivery process
Plan and conduct internal UAT based on business workflow and user scenarios
Plan and conduct training to end users, and internal support teams as required
Support post-production deployment verification for any product feature release
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Consulting or IT system implementation experience
Proficient in Requirements Gathering, Configuration & Development, SIT, UAT, Training, Go-Live Support and Application support to users
Excellent analytical skills, able to understand and articulate business problem statement and use cases concisely
Self-motivated and able to take direction and work resourcefully and independently
Have good communication and writing skills
Be able and willing to understand new technologies quickly
