Temus was established by Temasek in partnership with UST, to provide digital transformation solutions for the private and public sectors as we aspire to be a strategic partner in realising the Singapore Government’s Smart Nation vision. We are headquartered in Singapore and have more than 400 employees across a wide range of disciplines in strategy, design, architecture, technology, data & AI.
About the Role
We are hiring Transformation Consultants across multiple levels to drive end-to-end digital transformation outcomes, from problem framing and solution design through delivery and adoption.
This role is intentionally cross-functional. You will work across business, experience, delivery, and change, partnering with clients and internal teams to turn complex problems into practical solutions. You will work on programmes where AI plays a critical role in reshaping business models, operating structures, workforce design, governance, and ways of working. You will partner with clients to translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, scalable, and responsible outcomes.
We operate in a modern delivery model where AI tools are embedded into how we think, design and deliver, accelerating insight generation, rapid prototyping, delivery execution, and adoption planning. This role requires strong learning agility, curiosity, and the ability to work effectively in ambiguity.
What You’ll Do
Depending on your level, you will be responsible for some or all of the following:
1) Frame Problems & Define Value
Structure ambiguous client challenges into clear objectives and hypotheses
Identify opportunities for transformation (e.g., redesign workflows and job roles in the AI-led era and explore opportunities beyond simple task automation)
Define measurable outcomes, success metrics, and value hypotheses
Synthesise insights from workshops, research, and data into recommendations
2) Design & Prototype Solutions
Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with client stakeholders across all levels
Develop process flows, journey maps, and solution concepts
Rapidly prototype workflows, experiences, or service improvements to validate ideas early
Use AI tools audaciously to accelerate design exploration, iteration, and documentation
3) Enable & Deliver
Translate business needs into implementable requirements and delivery plans
Work with engineering, data, and platform teams to ensure feasibility
Deliver outcomes through agile sprints and iterative releases
Use AI tools to improve delivery speed, quality, and decision-making
4) Drive Adoption & Change
Support stakeholder engagement, communications, and training
Design adoption plans and readiness activities
Help clients build capability and embed new ways of working
Support clients in adopting responsible AI practices, including governance and change readiness
Ensure solutions are embedded sustainably in day-to-day operations
5) Build Capability & Improve Delivery
Contribute to reusable templates, playbooks, and accelerators
Share knowledge across teams and continuously improve delivery practices
Stay current with emerging tech tools and methods that improve delivery speed and quality, applying them pragmatically to client outcomes
Coach peers in modern delivery practices and tech-enabled ways of working

Using AI tools as part of daily work (analysis, synthesis, documentation, prototyping)
Designing workflows that integrate human and AI decision-making
Engaging technical teams on AI capabilities and constraints
Evaluating where AI changes speed, scale, personalisation, or economics
Deep model development expertise is not required, but conceptual and practical fluency is.
