About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer (Software Engineer II) to take a leadership role in designing, building, and optimizing web applications and integration frameworks. You will act as a technical authority, contributing to architectural decisions, mentoring team members, and driving best practices across our modern .NET stack. Your expertise will ensure scalable, high-performance solutions that power our flagship products.
What You’ll Do
Design & Build: Architect, develop, test, and support web applications and critical integration services using a modern .NET stack
Optimize & Scale: Analyze and refactor existing code to improve performance, security, and scalability
Technical Leadership: Apply best practices and design patterns to create robust solutions
Troubleshooting: Resolve complex application issues, recommending effective and lasting solutions
Culture & Quality: Participate in code and design reviews, facilitate knowledge-sharing, and ensure SDLC compliance
Communication: Provide timely updates on project deliverables to stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
Proven development expertise in C# and Microsoft .NET design principles
Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
Experience working in Agile development environments
Strong understanding of .NET Framework 6.0+
Front-end experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, and jQuery
Database proficiency with MSSQL Server and Transact-SQL, including advanced database design
Experience with version control tools (Git preferred, VSO, TFS)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Team player with a proactive, results-oriented mindset, flexible for occasional extended hours
