The Role
We are seeking a proactive Sales Representative to take ownership of the sales and onboarding process across the region. You will ensure contracts, follow-ups, and customer needs are managed efficiently, keeping internal teams aligned and customers supported. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces evolving responsibilities, and is eager to grow with the business.
What You’ll Do
Manage onboarding workflows for new customers, including contracts, follow-ups, and coordination.
Support customers as they get started and provide timely guidance or resources.
Keep sales processes organized and ensure internal teams are informed of evolving customer needs.
Contribute to light marketing or customer outreach initiatives as the role develops.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and other internal teams to maintain smooth, efficient operations.
Work full-time onsite with an adaptable schedule from 6:00/8:00 AM to 3:00/5:00 PM to align with NORTH AMERICA and/or APAC business hours.
Who You Are

Adaptable and comfortable handling shifting priorities without losing momentum.
