About The Role
As a Senior OTC Sales Trader, you will be responsible for pricing, executing, and managing over-the-counter digital asset trades for institutional, corporate, and high-net-worth clients. You will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking deep liquidity, bespoke trade structures, and seamless execution.
This role requires strong market intuition, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to navigate fast-moving crypto markets while upholding robust risk and compliance standards.
What You Will Do
Provide real-time OTC pricing, trade negotiation, and execution
Maintain and grow relationships with institutional clients, market makers, and HNWIs
Source liquidity across internal books, external liquidity providers, exchanges, and market-making partners to achieve best execution.
Monitor market depth, volatility, funding rates, and cross-venue liquidity to advise clients and optimize execution strategies.
Manage order flow while adhering to trading limits, risk frameworks, and compliance guidelines.
Support settlement operations, ensuring accurate post-trade processes, wallet confirmations, and reconciliation.
Identify market opportunities, client needs, and product gaps to support business growth and improve the OTC offering.
Participate in onboarding discussions to explain trading mechanics, settlement procedures, supported assets, and counterparties.
Maintain accurate trade records and assist in generating required reporting or documentation.
What We Are Looking For
2+ years of proven experience in a similar role as an OTC Sales Trader
Possess a deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading strategies, and the OTC ecosystem
Natural relationship builder with a strong existing network or the proven ability to develop one quickly within the Indonesian crypto community (HNWIs, institutions, KOLs)
Detail-oriented, high willingness to learn, and resilient in a results-oriented environment
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Being able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.
