Reports to: Manager, Supply Planning
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Supply Planning Analyst to own and scale Nex’s end-to-end supply planning as we expand globally. This role is responsible for translating complex demand signals into executable supply plans, managing purchase orders, and ensuring ensuring healthy inventory and product availability across regions and channels.
You will play a key role in building and running Nex’s S&OP process, supporting international market expansion, new product launches, and materials & capacity planning. This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role where planning decisions directly impact customer experience, cash flow, and company growth.
Less experienced candidates will be considered as Supply Planning Analyst.
What You'll Do
Supply Planning & Inventory Excellence
Build, maintain, and execute supply plans across multiple product categories and regions.
Monitor and manage inventory health metrics such as weeks of supply, service level, excess & obsolescence risk, and inventory turns.
Identify gaps between demand, supply, and inventory targets; recommend actions to mitigate shortages, excess, or timing risks.
Support allocation and replenishment decisions across regions, channels, and fulfillment partners
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Prepare supply-side inputs for S&OP, including capacity constraints material views, risks, and scenario analysis.
Own recurring supply planning analyses and reports that support cross-functional and leadership decision making.
Track execution of S&OP decisions and flag deviations, risks, or trade-offs.
PO Execution & Supplier Partnership
Create, maintain, and track purchase orders (POs) in coordination with suppliers and logistics partners.
Monitor production status, lead times, and delivery schedules; proactively manage escalate risks.
Support inbound shipment planning and inventory readiness for market launches and promotions.
International Expansion & New Product Introduction
Support supply planning for new market launches, including ramp planning and inventory positioning.
Assist with new product introductions and phase-in / phase-out transitions.
Coordinate closely with Product, Business, and Operations to ensure supply readiness.
What You Bring
3–5+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning, or supply chain operations.
Working knowledge of supply–demand planning.
Solid analytical skills; comfortable working in Excel / Google Sheets with large datasets.
Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Fluency in English and Mandarin.
Preferred
Experience with consumer electronics, hardware, or accessories.
Exposure to international supply chains and multi-region inventory planning.
Experience working with EMS or contract manufacturers.
Familiarity with ERP or planning systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.).
