Key Responsibilities
Modeling & Economics
· Build lightweight spreadsheet models (pivots, dynamic arrays, simple scenarios) for pricing, fees, rebates, and partner economics.
· Sanity-check assumptions, document logic and sources, and maintain versioned files in a shared repository.
· Create simple what-if tools for BD/Markets (e.g., fee-tier impacts, program costs, breakeven points).
KPIs & Reporting Cadence
· Track trading/program KPIs (e.g., volumes, spreads, order-book depth snapshots, program credits/fees) and compile concise weekly/monthly summaries.
· Collect and circulate KPI snapshots and operational updates from Markets, Finance, and Analytics; keep distribution on schedule.
· Maintain a KPI dictionary (definitions, sources, owners, refresh frequency) and a central hub for reports.
Research Briefs (Short & Actionable)
· Produce short research notes on market structure changes, competitor moves, and relevant regulatory updates.
· Summarize implications for listings, partnerships, and commercial programs in 1–2 executive-ready slides per topic.
Data & Process
· Keep CRM fields aligned with reporting needs; reconcile data issues with owners.
· Use workflow automation to set reminders, trigger notifications, and reduce manual reporting steps.
· Package insights into clear executive slides that can be dropped into partner or leadership decks.
Requirements
· 3–5 years in business analysis, commercial finance, strategy, or data-driven operations (crypto/trading/fintech exposure a plus).
· Advanced spreadsheet skills: pivots, dynamic arrays, tidy workbook structure; strong presentation skills for exec-ready slides.
· Clear written communication; able to turn noisy data into a one-page takeaway.
· Familiarity with crypto market structure (exchanges, market makers, spreads, depth, fee schedules) and KPI concepts.
· Comfortable working across a CRM, shared document repositories, and collaboration platforms.
