Business Development Associate

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to support our BD team. The role involves assisting senior team members in managing client/stakeholder interactions, documenting key insights, and ensuring smooth information flow across internal and external stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced business development environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to senior team members and work closely with them on ongoing tasks.
Analyze documents/comprehensions to extract key insights and translate them into actionable to-dos.
Attend business development meetings, capture detailed notes, prepare structured documentation, and share concise summaries with the broader team.
Coordinate and maintain communication with brokers across APAC, EMEA regions, and other external partners.
Organize and streamline the flow of information between third-party stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements
Strong analytical and comprehension skills - ability to break down information into actionable points.
Prior HFT experience is a plus
Experience in dealing with exchanges/ AWS is a plus
Excellent communication and documentation skills (both written and verbal).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort in interacting with global stakeholders and handling professional correspondence.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
