Human Resources Manager (Cyber Assessment Center)

As the Manager (Cyber Assessment Centre), you are expected to oversee the daily operations of the Assessment Centre, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for all test-takers. You are also expected to schedule, administer processes to ensure Centre’s operational readiness and assessment effectiveness to meet organisation objective.
What You Will Do
Coordinate, schedule and administer participants from different requesting agencies for the conduct of the Cyber Competency Selection Test.
Ensure the operational readiness of the Assessment Centre
Schedule and manage recurring maintenance for the IT systems of the assessment centre, and all supporting infrastructure, inclusive of Aircon and Building facilities.
Ensure minimal disruption to the conduct of the Cyber Competency Selection Test, and is able to troubleshoot basic technical issues and maintain the Centre’s functionality.
Lead be able to lead and manage a senior executive in assist with the Centre’s operations.
What You Will Bring
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory role, ideally in a similar setting, is preferred.
Possess knowledge in Information Technology or related field, with basic IT Networking knowledge
Strong organisational skills
Good customer service orientation
Ability to work independently with strong initiative and adaptability.
