💻 What You’ll Do (360°)
Business Development: Win new clients via phone, email, online meetings—and on-site visits.
Talent Matchmaking: Source, qualify, and place top talent across Europe.
Consulting: Be the go-to advisor for clients and candidates.
Headhunting: Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, and creative sourcing to find hidden gems.
Negotiate & Close: Drive offers to signature and celebrate the win.
End-to-End Support: Guide candidates through every step of the process.
👀 What We’re Looking For
Mindset: Driven, curious, resilient; excited to learn fast.
Background: Experience in sales/recruitment is great, but not essential.
Communication: Fluent German or Dutch + English (C1–C2); or native English plus B2B Sales or Recruitment experience.
