We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Assurance Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust process assurance system that integrates both our internal processes and those of our suppliers.
The goal is to ensure the practical application of eVTOL technology by establishing comprehensive assurance protocols covering the entire development process, from the airframe and system levels down to individual components and functions.
Develop and implement a comprehensive Process Assurance System in accordance with aviation standards, including ARP4754 for system development and DO-254 for hardware considerations in eVTOL aircraft.
Ensure the process assurance system encompasses all stages, from airframe and system levels to components and functions.
Collaborate with suppliers to align their processes with the company's process assurance system.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of all processes related to eVTOL manufacturing, testing, and quality assurance.
Establish standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for each critical phase of the aircraft development lifecycle.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with established process assurance protocols.
Monitor and ensure compliance with aviation regulations, standards, and certifications applicable to eVTOL aircraft, including ARP4754, DO-178, and DO-254.
Identify potential risks in the development process and implement mitigation strategies.
Develop and maintain risk management documentation and protocols.

Essential Skills
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in process assurance roles within the aerospace or related industry.
Strong bacjground in hardware process assurance, validation and certification
Proven track record of developing and implementing process assurance systems.
Strong understanding of aerospace quality standards and regulations, including ARP4754 and DO-254.
Proficiency in quality management tools and software.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Expertise on Supplier Competency Survey
Desirable Skills
Experience with eVTOL or UAV technology.
Knowledge of advanced manufacturing processes and techniques.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
Ability to lead and mentor a team.
Strong technical writing skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary
Estimated Annual Salary: JPY 6,850,000 - JPY 11,500,000
Monthly Salary: JPY 571,000 - JPY 959,000
Includes fixed overtime pay for 45 hours, amounting to JPY 197,680 - JPY 331,997
*Additional overtime pay will be provided for hours exceeding the fixed overtime.
