What's the role
As a Senior Data Analytics Analyst at Brainlabs, you will independently deliver high-quality data analysis, reporting, and dashboards that drive client decision-making. You'll own end-to-end analytics projects, create compelling data narratives, and use advanced SQL, Python, or R to extract insights. This role is perfect for an analytically rigorous professional ready to take ownership of complex data challenges, using the outputs to drive more effective media programs.
What you do
Independently deliver exploratory and diagnostic analyses with clear acceptance criteria, applying peer-reviewed analytical methods
Own dashboard and reporting development in Looker, Power BI, or Tableau, creating concise narratives and compelling visualizations that prompt business decisions
Lead development and delivery of high-impact client-facing analysis deliverables that contribute to scaling media or elevate our status as a strategic partner
Perform data validation, QA, cleaning, feature engineering, and transformations to ensure data accuracy and reliability
Utilize advanced SQL, Python, or R techniques for complex data manipulation and analysis
Apply machine learning and regression analysis techniques, evaluating results and comparing different models through hypothesis testing
Assist in test design, tracking, and readouts for experimentation initiatives
Maintain project management hygiene with clear documentation and runbooks
Progress certifications (including AI-related learning) and share learnings with the team
Who you are
Has 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
Demonstrates strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R)
Has hands-on experience with modern BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
Possesses a solid foundation in statistics and data science methodologies, including regression analysis and ML fundamentals
Can translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
Excels at working independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Has experience in digital marketing analytics, media measurement, or performance marketing (preferred)
Is detail-oriented with excellent project management and documentation skills
How you succeed

Your dashboards and reports are highly valued by clients and internal teams for their clarity and actionability
You consistently achieve high client satisfaction
