We’re on the lookout for energetic Outbound New Business Consultants to join a high-performing sales team in Sydney. In this role, you’ll be speaking with clients who have completed a free trial period with our client; an award winning platform for trades listings.
💼 What you’ll be doing:
Outbound calls (scripted) to trades people who have recently completed their free trial period and converting them into a full paid membership.
Follow up on all leads, which have been sourced and allocated to the team.
Source new leads across external channels.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

🎯 What we’re looking for:
1-2 years recent phone-based experience in Sales, Retention, or Collections roles
A proven ability to work towards KPIs and hit sales targets
Resilience, drive, and strong communication skills
Enthusiasm to learn and develop product knowledge
Solution based selling experience desired but not essential
