Summary:
The RF-SMART Channel Engagement Executive is responsible for building, managing and growing partnerships within Associations, buying groups, with in the NetSuite Ecosystem, along with NetSuite Direct. The role is critical in developing strong, mutually beneficial relationships that generate new opportunities and deliver value.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to communicate successfully via remote communications including telephone, web-based demonstrations, and email
Attend local, regional, and national user groups as needed/required
Responsible for creating and driving sales pipeline through associations and NetSuite Direct.
Maintain knowledge of competitors to strategically position products and services
Participate in company strategic meetings
Travel to visit Partners, as well as to attend events, estimated 45%
Education and Experience:
A bachelor's degree in a business field, or equivalent work experience
Strong written communication skills
3–5+ years of experience in alliances, partnerships, channel management, or business development, preferably in SaaS, ERP, or technology consulting.
Strong understanding of industry associations and buying groups and how they influence buying decisions.
Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships that drive measurable business results.
Excellent relationship-building, communication skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with NetSuite, ERP software, or SaaS ecosystems.
Familiarity with co-marketing programs and joint go-to-market initiatives.
Internal cross collaboration
Background in mid-market B2B industries (e.g., retail, distribution, services).
