As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll combine sales, business development, and account management - building your own network of clients and candidates while driving revenue growth.

What will you do:
Prospecting, pitching and converting new clients via calls, emails and online meetings
Growing accounts by developing strong and long-term relationships with decision makers to secure repeat business
Identify and attract top talent to meet your clients needs
Be a trusted advisor to clients and candidates by keeping up to date with the market and be able to offer solutions that add real value
Close deals by negotiating terms, managing the offers and securing successful placements.
What we are looking for:
You are social, proactive, and a strong communicator
You can work independently but also feel comfortable in a team
You perform well under time pressure and can easily adapt in a fast growing environment
You have a higher professional level of thinking and working
Can speak fluent English and Dutch/German is a plus
Live in and around the Amsterdam area
