Instead of forcing users to click through menus, filters, and static pages, Omakase enables brands to offer a conversational AI experience — where customers can talk or type with an AI agent that understands the brand’s entire site, product catalog, and voice. The agent guides customers through discovery, answers questions, and helps them find the right product — just like a knowledgeable in-store associate, but online.

The Role
This is a Founding SDR position focused on our AI product. There's no playbook, established process, or existing infrastructure - you'll be building the outbound motion from the ground up.
Your core responsibility is pipeline generation. That means getting on the phones, experimenting with messaging, locking in meetings, and bringing real market signal back to the product and sales teams.
What You'll Do
Conduct 100+ outbound calls daily
Book 10+ qualified meetings per week and participate in demos alongside our leadership team
Maintain CRM accuracy and own next steps through deal close
Continuously iterate on scripts in real time - double down on what works, cut what doesn't
Develop a deep understanding of the conversational AI space and hold confident conversations with founders
Partner closely with leadership to sharpen ICP targeting, messaging, and outreach strategy
Work full-time on-site at our San Francisco office
Tech stack: Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.
