Betty.ca, a scale-up company, is hiring in London, United Kingdom an experienced Casino Operations Manager to become part of our growing LiveOps!
Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Casino Operations Manager to lead and evolve our game portfolio and oversee day-to-day casino operations. In this role, you will own relationships with game providers, monitor and analyze performance metrics, and work closely with our product, design, and marketing teams to enhance and optimize the player experience. This is a hands-on position with meaningful strategic influence, ideal for someone eager to step into a leadership path while actively managing operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the casino’s game portfolio to ensure smooth functionality and optimal player experience
Analyze game performance, player behavior, and profitability to make data-driven recommendations
Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party game providers, including negotiating promotions, discounts, and exclusive releases
Collaborate closely with product, UI/UX, and marketing teams to optimize the games lobby, support new game launches, and create engaging promotions
Track competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Support the introduction of new game providers and gaming verticals, ensuring smooth implementation
Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing expertise and fostering knowledge growth
Requirements:
2 years of experience in online casino operations, game management, or a related field
Hands-on experience in managing and updating a game portfolio, including liaising with game providers
Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Interest in player behavior analysis and understanding lifecycle segmentation
Ability to work independently while taking ownership of projects and initiatives
Fluency in English
