Key Responsibilities:
Be a key stakeholder in Betty’s design strategy, helping to build timeless design systems and brilliantly entertaining products
Build flows and prototypes to solve big UX challenges
Obsess the details of visual design
Partner with engineers to ship pixel-perfect designs
Ship, measure, and improve your designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
Own design problems end to end, from initial concept through shipping and beyond
Advocate for design thinking throughout the organization by investing in standards, documentation and varied processes to further the discipline.
Identify, suggest and document improvements to our product experience
Requirements:
Decent experience in product design
Highly proficient in Figma
Proactive problem-solving skills, with the capability to anticipate and mitigate potential issues
Experience building for a consumer audience
Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings
Possesses a strong sense of visual culture and creativity
Knowledge of mobile and web design patterns
Experience designing for native mobile platforms, with a focus on platform-specific conventions and accessibility is a plus.
Keen interest and/or background in the igaming/onlice casino sector
