Key Responsibilities
Own critical native journeys such as game discovery, in-game, onboarding and notifications.
Design for iOS & Android natively leaning into platform conventions, navigation patterns, gestures, motion, haptics, safe areas, and accessibility.
Prototype to learn fast and validate flows with micro-interactions and animations.
Partner closely with PMs and iOS/Android engineers to land pixel-perfect, performant UI.
Plan experiments, define success metrics, learn from quant & qual, and iterate rapidly.
Raise the bar. Champion native UX best practices, accessibility, and craft; mentor designers and contribute to team rituals and process.
Requirements
5–8+ years in product/UI/UX with significant time shipping consumer iOS/Android apps at scale.
A portfolio of shipped native work showing end-to-end problem solving, interaction & motion design, and measurable outcomes.
Figma expert with strong visual craft (layout, type, hierarchy), systems thinking, and component literacy.
Comfort working with platform guidelines (HIG/Material), dynamic type, accessibility, localization, and offline/edge-case handling.
Experience partnering with engineers and PMs from discovery → delivery → iteration, including A/B tests and user research.
