Role Overview:
As a Early Talent/Campus Recruiter , you will be responsible for shaping and executing our campus recruitment strategy, driving engagement with premier academic institutions, and building high-quality talent pipelines for internship and entry-level programmes. You will work closely with business leaders, academic partners, and internal stakeholders to elevate NK Securities Research’s presence across India’s top universities.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Campus Talent Planning
Lead and evolve NK Securities Research’s campus hiring strategy across India’s most sought-after universities and institutes (IITs, top NITs, etc.) ONLY
Partner with senior leadership to anticipate future talent needs and translate them into scalable campus hiring initiatives.
University & Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong, long-term relationships with placement cells, faculty, career services, student bodies, and key influencers.
Act as the primary brand ambassador for NK Securities Research at university events, presentations, info sessions, and career fairs.
Program Design & Execution
Design and launch innovative early-talent engagement programmes (e.g., pre-internship bootcamps, immersion days, research challenges, and mentorship events).
Own end-to-end recruitment of interns and graduate hires, ensuring smooth processes across sourcing, assessment, interviewing, and offer decisions.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
Maintain a high-touch candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
Develop compelling employer-brand content, campaigns, and channels tailored to Indian student audiences.
Data & Continuous Improvement
Use data to inform strategy - track recruitment funnel health, conversion metrics, ROI of initiatives, and stakeholder feedback to continuously optimise programmes and approaches.
Collaborate with recruitment operations to embed best-in-class processes and tools.
Who You Are:
3-6 years’ experience in campus or early-talent recruitment, preferably in competitive environments such as financial services, technology, or trading/quant firms.
Strong knowledge of Indian campus ecosystems, placement cycles, and student behavior — especially within premier institutions such as the IIT/NIT clusters.
Proven ability to design and scale campus programmes (not just execute existing ones), with a hands-on approach and a strategic mindset.
Excellent communicator, comfortable presenting to large student audiences, senior leaders, and diverse stakeholders.
Data-driven recruiter with the ability to use analytics and insights to refine plans and demonstrate impact.
A collaborative yet proactive attitude, able to influence without authority and thrive in ambiguity.
Willingness to travel across India for campus events and institutional engagement.
