Content Director at Insurtech Insights

As our Content Director of Europe, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our most senior main-stage speakers, set the agenda for the insurance industry's future by developing the topics covered at the Insurtech Insights Europe conference. As part of the role you will have the opportunity to build relationships with key C-level executives across the market and grow your personal brand.
Responsibilities
Identify timely and important questions that are shaping the future of insurance.
Connect with the most senior industry leaders and confirm them for the conference.
Lead and manage a team of Content Associates to fill the agenda with 400 speakers.
Build relationships with industry leaders by delivering best-in-class experience.
Support the conference strategy and collaborate with other functional leaders.
Report progress to senior leadership.

Travel to all Insurtech Insights conferences in New York, London, and Hong Kong.
Option to join industry advisory boards and become more involved with the industry.
Salary between 60,000 to 100,000, depending on experience.
Experience requirements
A good understanding of the trends, industry players, etc.
Curious mindset
Experience speaking and networking with C-level executives
Experience with public speaking
