The Amazon Warehouse Helper supports daily warehouse operations by preparing, organizing, and processing products for Amazon FBA and FBM fulfillment. This role ensures inventory is received, labeled, packaged, and shipped accurately and efficiently while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Inventory
Unload, inspect, and sort incoming shipments.
Verify quantities and product condition against orders.
Apply Amazon-required labels (FNSKU, pallet labels, shipping labels).
Update inventory counts and report discrepancies.
Picking, Packing & Shipping
Pick and prepare products for Amazon FBA/FBM orders.
Package items according to Amazon guidelines (poly bags, bubble wrap, cartons, tape, etc.).
Create and apply inbound shipment labels.
Assist with pallet building and wrapping for outbound LTL shipments.
General Warehouse Duties
Maintain clean and organized work areas.
Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely.
Assist with restocking and product organization on shelves and racks.
Follow all internal procedures for quality control and efficiency.
Qualifications
Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for most of the shift.
Basic computer skills (Amazon Seller Central experience is a plus).
Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Schedule & Compensation
Schedule: 9AM-5PM Mon-Fri
Pay Rate: $17-$18
