Position: Intern - Project Management
Duration: 6 months or longer
Location: Munich, Germany
Starting date: As soon as possible
We are looking for a highly motivated PMO intern to join our innovative and dynamic team at AVATR Design Center Munich. If you’re passionate about project management, process optimization, and supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-end automotive environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the PMO team in tracking project progress, resources, risks, and compiling related data.
Support project planning, task breakdown, and milestone management for automotive design projects.
Help organize project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Contribute to the optimization and standardization of project management processes, templates, and documentation systems.
Coordinate communication between cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Procurement, etc.).
Complete other project-related support tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in the automotive industry , basic understanding of automotive design and development processes is a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.); familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Notion, or Trello is a plus.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a good team player with a proactive attitude.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
