Junior Authentication Training Specialist

About the Team
At GOAT Group, our Authentication Operations team is essential in educating, training and supporting the Authenticators in physical and digital operations. With the partnership of the operations and retail leaders they focus on ensuring we are creating the best-in-class authenticators by providing them the tools and training they need to verify every product is accurate and authentic.
In this role, you will:
Build and maintain authentication expertise/mastery across multiple categories and product types;
Footwear
Apparel
Collectibles
Learn and enforce GOAT’s authentication and quality control process, which will be passed down and enforced to authentication team members
Helm training of authentication team members
Track authenticators' training progress, results and accuracy
Compile training feedback and report back findings to authentication leadership
Foster cross-functional relationships with Operations, Business Development, Product/Launch and CX to maintain an efficient and productive working environment
Perform product research and draft research summaries
Other duties as assigned
We are looking for:
Honest and Authentic
On-site role in Atlanta, GA. Up to 15% travel required
2+ years of relevant experience in footwear/ apparel authentication and/or authentication training required
Experience creating training materials is a plus
Knowledge of the current authentication and operations landscape and the ability to adapt to changes
Knowledge of the resale market, releases and culture
Independently motivated

Excellent written and oral communication
Strong organizational and time management skills
