Associate Program Manager, Digital Programs

This role provides critical operational support across multiple digital initiatives, ensuring programs run smoothly and efficiently. You will manage day-to-day program operations, coordinate timelines, and track key activities while enabling senior program managers to focus on strategy and scaling initiatives. The position is highly cross-functional, offering exposure to AI education, community engagement, and customer enablement at scale. You will work closely with internal teams across education, marketing, community, and support to deliver seamless program execution. Accountabilities:
Manage operational aspects of digital programs, including course uploads, LMS administration, and content publishing workflows.
Support program communications, community engagement, and moderation across multiple channels.
Coordinate advocacy, contributor tracking, and fulfillment of program resources.
Maintain front-end experiences for educational and community platforms, including page updates and promotions.
Partner with analytics and marketing teams to track participation, engagement, and program health metrics.
Assist with ad hoc reporting and operational tasks to improve program efficiency and impact.
Requirements:
Experience in program coordination, project support, or operations; SaaS experience is a plus.
Highly organized, execution-focused, and able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Interest in AI, digital education, and community engagement, even for early-career professionals.
