This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who enjoys transforming complex information into actionable insights that shape business decisions. The Analyst, Insights & Analytics will partner across teams to deepen audience understanding, measure campaign performance, and inform strategies that drive growth and engagement. This position involves both quantitative and qualitative research, using first-party data, surveys, and proprietary panels to generate clear, impactful narratives. The successful candidate will contribute to building research products, strengthening the insights practice, and enabling teams to make data-informed decisions. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this role offers exposure to diverse business functions and the opportunity to influence how audiences are understood and engaged.
Accountabilities:
Conduct audience and market analysis across multiple franchises and touchpoints using mixed-method research approaches.
Execute end-to-end client research projects, including survey design, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Transform data into compelling narratives and actionable insights for sales, marketing, and editorial teams.
Maintain and grow proprietary insights panels, ensuring data quality and participant engagement.
Analyze first-party data from surveys, ad performance, and subscriber behavior to answer key business questions.
Build dashboards and reports to monitor audience trends, campaign performance, and franchise health.
Collaborate cross-functionally to inform revenue strategy, product development, and advertiser programs.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in research or analytics at a digital publisher, agency, or similar environment.
Strong knowledge of survey design, programming, distribution, and analysis methodologies.
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools; solid understanding of basic statistics and research methods.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting insights to both internal teams and clients.
Demonstrated ability to craft clear, data-driven narratives to support business decisions.
Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Client-focused mindset with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with audience analytics, ad performance measurement, and media research preferred.
