About the Role:
The HR Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the people operations of a fast-paced business. This position focuses on the accurate, timely, and confidential administration of HR processes, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. The role suits someone highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable working in a precise, performance-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
Issue probation letters and routine employment correspondence
Respond to reference requests
Maintain and update HR systems and employee records
Keep headcount and people data spreadsheets accurate and up to date
Manage visa applications and renewals, liaising with immigration providers and tracking expiry dates
Maintain compliant and organised HR files
Update HRIS fields, including notice periods, contract changes and role updates
Provide first-line HR support, escalating complex issues to Head of HR
Qualifications:
Ideally, you will have some previous experience within an administrative role
Degree educated, ideally within a related HR subject
Personal Attributes:
Strong attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
