Position title: Creator Agency Assistant
Location: Remote
Role: Full-time, temporary (6 month contract)
Hours: 40 hours per week
About the role
The Creator Agency team is looking to hire one intern to aid in sourcing creators within our agency partner rosters. This full time contract will be responsible for supporting the Creator Agency Partnerships team who is focused on bringing LTK opportunities to net new and existing creators. The role will include identifying and sourcing high profile creators across all social platforms. Candidates will work with the team to identify areas of opportunity and use internal and external platforms and databases to create, maintain and edit creator lists. This role will support the team with special projects, casting, virtual events and content creation.
The candidate will be introduced to LTK and receive training on all sourcing tools and platforms.
How you will make an impact
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the creator world, sense of curiosity, and willingness to learn more about social media and creator marketing. The candidate is also expected to possess the ability to inject subjectivity into their thought process and be able to recognize their own biases. Preferred self-starter & drive to bring in quick, fast, and minimal edit work.

Research new creators & analyze their content
Cross reference creators to existing database
Populate list of new creator contacts & information
Help with HubSpot CRM inputting
Assist our agency and brand teams in creator casting for collaborations
Support team on special projects
Assist with virtual events
Create educational LTK content
Attend team training sessions and meetings
Be accountable for your work
Make recommendations for improvements
Demonstrate passion for creator and agency connections
What you will bring to LTK
Be willing to work 40 hours per week (remote)
Bachelors Degree completed, and have graduated with a GPA above 3.0 (undergraduate)
Communication & Media, Marketing, Liberal Arts, or Business background preferred
Strong knowledge with Google Suite products (Sheets, Docs, Presentations)
Familiarity with social media platforms & content creators
A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency

Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment
