To keep growing and driving innovation in the mobility space, we’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our high-performance team.
As Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll join our Marketing team in Düsseldorf and take ownership of our performance campaigns across app, search, and paid social. You will drive growth by managing channels end-to-end, optimizing performance, and developing data-driven strategies that scale our digital marketing efforts.This position is unlimited and located in Düsseldorf.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Operative management, execution, and optimization of our performance marketing campaigns with a focus on app performance marketing, SEA (Google Ads, YouTube), and a strong emphasis on paid social media (Meta, TikTok).
Hands-on work in SEA and paid social accounts: creation, testing, and optimization of campaigns, ad groups, creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies, with ownership of paid social performance and scaling.
Collaboration with BI and Tech teams to implement new events, pixels, and server-side tracking, especially for paid social channels.
Regular data consistency checks and deriving data-driven recommendations for action, with deep performance analysis of paid social campaigns.
A/B testing and data-based scaling: developing test strategies, comparing performance, and continuously optimizing creatives, funnels, and audiences, with a strong focus on paid social creatives and audiences.
Cross-channel collaboration with internal teams (BI, CRM, Product, Design, Content) to ensure a consistent and efficient marketing strategy, including close alignment on paid social initiatives.
Expansion and innovation: identifying new performance channels and ad formats, with particular focus on paid social and mobile-first environments.
YOU COME WITH
1+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in an e-commerce, platform, or app environment.
Solid knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and app marketing (Adjust & Appsflyer).
Experience with product feed management tools (e.g., Productsup) and tracking setups via Google Tag Manager.
Confident use of attribution models and evaluation of cross-channel performance.
Analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making, and a strong affinity for testing and optimization.
You enjoy teamwork, are hands-on, creative, and passionate about digital growth.
Fluency in English and a good working knowledge of German (minimum B2 level).
