About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic, execution- and impact-oriented leader to join as Senior Director of Pricing and Strategic Operations. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving growth through pricing innovation, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional execution across our AI-powered advertising and marketing technology products.
You will lead strategic initiatives that shape product monetization, guide new business development, and support M&A and integration activities. This role combines hands-on problem solving, deep market insight, and cross-team influence to unlock scalable, profitable growth.
Responsibilities
Drive cross-functional initiatives, such as new market entry, GTM planning, sales enablement, and customer success alignment.
Work with the CEO and C-level leadership on strategic initiatives, including partnerships, business model innovation, and corporate development.
Collaborate with product, sales, and customer teams to define and refine enterprise offerings, value propositions, and onboarding service models.
Own and drive pricing strategy across product lines, from competitive benchmarking, positioning to packaging.
Oversee pricing execution–from cross-functional rollout planning to sales enablement, client communication, and internal alignment
Lead cost assessment and profitability analysis for customized pricing, enterprise deals and strategic partnerships
Support M&A and post-merger integration, including diligence, modeling, strategic fit assessment, and go-to-market synergy planning.
About you
10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business leadership roles, including at least 3 years of B2B (Business to Business) pricing
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business case development skills.
Proven ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and lead execution across departments
Experience working in cross-border teams; regional leadership across Asia is a plus.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and execution
