Future Leader Trainee - Singapore

Think Academy Singapore is part of the TAL Education Group, one of the largest the leading Edtech company that focuses on online enrichment education, listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
The Future Leader Trainee Program is a specialised fast track for fresh graduates (either in Bachelors' Degree or Masters' Degree) to take on different projects and work challenges to prepare them in becoming future leaders in the Edtech sector. You will be given opportunities to participate in a broad range of internal programs. These programs are specifically designed to equip you with in-depth business knowledge, technical skills, and interpersonal skills.
What you will be involved in:
Teaching Mathematics
Conducting virtual mathematics classes and achieving student set outcomes
Track students' progress and partner closely with parents
Business Development - Focusing on Student Transformation and Transform Product Design
Design and develop activities to reach out to our targeted users through online marketing channels
Establish high-quality online communities to expand our brand awareness and nurture potential targeted groups
Curriculum Development
Research on local and Gifted Education Program (GEP) education system and carry out systematic curriculum development based on user's needs
Curriculum design - deliver teaching and class materials while taking into account user feedback
Your must-haves/ should-haves:
Possess a Bachelor's degree. STEM-related majors (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) preferred. Achievements in Mathematics and related competitions are a big plus.
Extremely passionate about teaching and the education industry. Willing to join an entrepreneurial team and build from the ground-up
Able to work under pressure and is proactive. Willing to take on expanded responsibilities and confidence in becoming a business leader for TAL in the future
Excellent verbal and written English and Mandarin communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with English and Mandarin-speaking student's parents.
Team player. Able to quickly adapt to a new environment and posseses a growth mindset
