Signal & Strand is partnering with a fast-growing entertainment production and social media company behind one of the most engaging global comedians. With millions of fans across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Reddit, Facebook, and X, this brand operates at the intersection of culture, comedy, and digital scale.
We are seeking a highly creative, fast-thinking, and operationally strong Social Media Content Manager to lead day-to-day content strategy and execution across platforms. This person understands how to manage large audiences, drive engagement at scale, and translate performance data into growth.
This is a high-visibility role within a fast-paced content ecosystem.
The Mandate
Own and elevate the brand’s multi-platform social presence by managing and optimizing content across channels with audiences exceeding 1M+ followers. Drive engagement, growth, and cultural relevance while maintaining operational excellence across publishing, production, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily content management across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Reddit, Facebook, and X
Plan, schedule, and publish both short-form and long-form content
Organize and strategically repurpose an extensive archive of show clips, behind-the-scenes footage, and interviews
Collaborate closely with video editors, graphic designers, and copywriters to develop high-impact posts
Own the content calendar and oversee the production pipeline from concept through publishing
Monitor engagement metrics and platform insights to continuously refine content strategy
Stay ahead of platform trends, memes, and algorithm updates across channels
Propose and test new content formats, audience engagement strategies, and growth initiatives
Ideal Profile
4+ years of experience in social media management, digital content, or entertainment marketing
Proven experience managing and scaling accounts with 1M+ followers
Deep understanding of comedy, audience psychology, and viral content mechanics
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume publishing schedules across multiple platforms
Strong analytical instincts with the ability to translate insights into strategy
Excellent writing, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Thrives in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and rapid turnaround

West Hollywood, CA
Hybrid schedule: 2–3 days per week onsite

Base Compensation Range
