About the Role
Signal & Strand is expanding our Managed Workday Services offering and seeking a Senior Workday Finance Analyst / Workday Financials Expert to serve as a lead consultant and system expert for our clients’ Workday Financials environments.
In this role, you will oversee the design, configuration, integration, and ongoing optimization of Workday Financials and Accounting Center across multiple client tenants. You’ll function as the go-to Workday Finance SME, delivering continuous enhancements, real-time technical support, and proactive system improvements as part of our monthly managed services subscription.
This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, consulting-driven environment and loves solving complex Workday Financials challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Workday Financials & Accounting Center Configuration
Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Financials and Accounting Center across several client environments.
Drive system improvements, configuration updates, and periodic release management activities.
Advanced Reporting & Analytics
Build and enhance Advanced, Composite, and Matrix Reports; develop Calculated Fields; and create Dashboards and Workday Prism datasets for multiple clients.
Support client reporting needs through analytics, financial modeling, and data visualization within Workday.
Integration Development & Management
Design, build, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
Oversee integration monitoring, issue resolution, and performance optimization on behalf of clients.
Business Process Optimization
Assess client financial workflows and recommend enhancements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and automation.
Lead solution design sessions, gather requirements, run test cycles, and deploy changes reliably across multiple tenants.
Security, Controls & Compliance
Ensure system configurations meet Workday security principles, financial control standards, and compliance requirements for each client environment.
Support audit requests, segregation-of-duties reviews, and access remediation.
Ongoing Technical Support & Expertise
Act as the Workday Finance SME for managed services clients, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing expert guidance.
Recommend feature adoption, roadmap planning, and release-oriented improvements.
Required Qualifications
Hands-on, senior-level expertise with Workday Financials & Accounting Center across configuration, reporting, and accounting data models.
Strong integration skills with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Advanced report authoring experience including Composite Reports, Calculated Fields, BIRT, and Workday Prism Analytics.
Technical fluency with XML, JSON, XSLT, data transformations, and middleware tools.
Proven ability to manage multiple client environments simultaneously in a consulting or managed services model.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Workday Financials and/or Workday Integration Certification
Experience with Workday Extend or Workday Prism
Background in accounting, financial operations, or enterprise financial systems
Prior consulting, AMS, or multi-tenant Workday support experience

Base Compensation Range
₱200,000 - ₱350,000 PHP
