Recruiter – Campus & Early Career Hiring

IMC is hiring a Recruiter to drive the campus and early-career recruitment for our Hong Kong office. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who wants to take ownership, build campus presence across APAC, and deliver high-impact hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Your Core Responsibilities:
Campus Recruitment
Maintain relationships with top universities to enhance the strong presence of IMC HK office
Plan and execute campus events such as info sessions, tech talks, and competitions
Own end-to-end recruitment for interns and graduates (quant research, trading, engineering)
Partner with APAC and global campus recruiting teams to align local initiatives
Experienced Hiring
Manage full-cycle recruitment for junior experienced hiring roles across business units
Partner with hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidate pipelines
Strategic Support
Support recruiting projects, market research, and urgent hiring needs as required
Your Skills and Experience:
3-5 years’ experience in campus hiring, and/or experienced hiring in finance, technology industries
Strong interest in campus and early-career recruitment in the APAC region
Fluent in both English and Mandarin communications
Experience in running campus events or early-career program
