The Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and activating end‑to‑end GTM (Go‑To‑Market) marketing plans across Etail, LFR / RLFR, and Channel businesses, working in close association with AMD’s partners and marketing agencies. This role will drive integrated consumer and partner-facing marketing for AMD’s consumer portfolio, build brand awareness, accelerate demand, and improve business outcomes across online and offline routes to market.
You will work on the latest products powered by AMD processors, leading marketing and communication initiatives that align execution with Etail, Large Format Retail (LFR), Regional Large Format Retail (RLFR), and Channel GTM priorities.
Essential Job Functions
Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM marketing plan covering Etail, LFR / RLFR, and Channel for AMD’s consumer business in India.
Own Etail marketing strategy and execution on platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, and other key ecommerce partners.
Oversee all aspects of Etail marketing, including the complete portfolio of marketing solutions offered by etailers (search, display, DSP, video, sponsorships, etc.).
Plan and execute LFR / RLFR and Channel marketing programs, including retail visibility, in-store campaigns, promoter programs, and regional activations aligned to national GTM priorities.
Partner closely with sales, channel, and retail teams to ensure marketing plans support business objectives across online and offline channels.
Plan and manage new product launch campaigns with an integrated approach across Etail, LFR / RLFR, and Channel.
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, AMD-authorized marketing agencies, and channel partners to deliver and execute cohesive GTM plans.
Plan and manage marketing budgets across Etail and Channel, and establish robust, measurable ROI and performance tracking mechanisms.
Own and manage marketing agency relationships for execution of campaigns, retail assets, and design materials.
Analyze campaign and program performance data across Etail and Channel to drive continuous improvement and hypothesis-led testing.
Identify and apply the latest trends, tools, and technologies impacting digital, retail, and channel marketing.
Educate marketing agencies, etailers, LFR / RLFR partners, and channel partners on AMD marketing programs and brand guidelines.
Develop schedules, track progress, and ensure high-quality execution and control of multiple GTM projects.
Produce post-campaign and post-launch debriefs, including regular reporting and ROI analysis.
Take a proactive, solution-oriented approach to continuously improving marketing effectiveness across all routes to market.
Experience And Knowledge Required
6-8 years of relevant work experience in digital, retail, or channel marketing, with client-side or agency background.
Demonstrated experience leading and managing integrated GTM marketing campaigns across ecommerce and offline retail/channel environments.
Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented, data-driven mindset.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Excellent time management, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
Confident user of Microsoft Office, with high proficiency in PowerPoint.
Project management experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
High levels of drive, ownership, and self-motivation.
