Design multi-agent coordination algorithms for collaborative UAV behavior
Develop decision-making and task allocation systems
Implement collision avoidance and mission planning logic
Build behavior trees / state machines / planners for autonomous missions
Integrate perception and sensor fusion outputs into actions
Develop simulation environments for large-scale autonomous testing
Improve automation workflows to reduce operator workload
Collaborate closely with AI, perception, and hardware teams
✅ What you need to be successful:
Strong software engineering skills (C++ required, Python highly useful)
Experience with robotics middleware (ROS/ROS2 or similar)
Background in robotics, computer science, or AI-driven systems
Knowledge of planning and decision-making algorithms
Experience with autonomous robots or UAV systems
Comfortable performing hands-on testing and debugging in field environments, including challenging weather conditions and time-critical operational scenarios.
