Lead Intelligent Automation Engineer - UiPath
We are currently looking for a Lead Intelligent Automation Engineer - UiPath to join our Delivery Team in India Hyderabad .

The Lead Intelligent Automation Engineer will be a key member of our Delivery Team, with a specific focus on leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform to create innovative solutions for our clients. As an Lead in Intelligent Automation, you will lead workflow ideation and delivery that streamline business processes, increase efficiency, and enable digital transformation across a wide array of industries.
What You Will Champion and Own
Architect scalable, secure, and resilient automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, and related components.
Lead and contribute to migration activities for version changes and continuous enhancement of the code.
Discover, estimate and deliver Agentic AI solutions leveraging Maestro
Have experience in Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere
Oversee development teams, ensuring best practices, code quality, and adherence to governance models
Be on top of new features released by UiPath and foster the adoption across teams
Continuously explore and apply new UiPath features, connectors, and capabilities to improve solution performance and user experience
Support project planning, effort estimation, and documentation as part of a cross-functional agile team.
Ensure quality, testing, and post-deployment support to meet client expectations and SLAs, in collaboration with our Delivery team.
Must-have Qualifications & Competencies
7+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience, at least 3 years in a tech lead position
Strong proficiency with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework
UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification
Proven ability to design enterprise-scale automation architectures
Solid experience with AI Center, Action Center and proven expertise in building Agentic AI solutions
Proven experience in designing and delivering multiple RPA solutions with UiPath.
Confident in English (written and spoken)
Independent, proactive, and self-driven — you take initiative and don’t wait to be told what to do.
Solid communication skills and the ability to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
Ability to manage projects and drive account value through continuous collaboration with clients
Willingness to mentor junior developers and contribute to capability building across the team
Previous elementary level experience with Document Understanding or basic level of Python scripting
Must be located in India, Hyderabad
Nice-to-have Qualifications & Competencies
Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Solutions Architect Certification (in place of UiARD)
Ideal Candidate Profile
Is a UiPath developer and solutions architect capable of combining capabilities
Experience in consulting, client-facing roles and delivering complex transformation programs.
Takes ownership of projects with minimal oversight
Coaches and mentors junior developers and analysts, contributing to capability building within the practice.
